Test Standards Overview
Strict tests are conducted according to KS KSA3169 and JIS standards to ensure the quality of plastic palletss.
Main Test Items
1. Bending Strength Test
Measures bending amount and residual deflection by applying central concentrated load. This is an important test to evaluate the bending resistance of palletss.
2. Compression Strength Test
Measures deformation by applying simultaneous compression load at 4 points. Evaluates the structural stability of palletss.
3. Drop Strength Test
Drops from a predetermined height to measure abnormalities and change rates. Evaluates resistance to impact during transportation.
4. Slip Test
Test to evaluate the ability to prevent slipping of loaded goods. Directly related to work safety.
5. Load Bending Test
Load test for automated warehouses or rack loading, evaluating performance in real usage environments.
